Band Intensive Weekend

Co-Curricular Music Students have workshops and tutoring sessions across the weekend. This is currently a non - residential 'camp' at the moment, but may return to overnight again in future. It is important that students collaborate and have an intensive session at this point of the year to embed new students and prepare for the first competition on the Sunday evening. Parents fund this event and they enjoy having the opportunity to see their Music students perform in Term 1. It is particularly important this year to consolidate and collaborate with external tutors as we prepare for the International Japanese tour. This 'camp' has operated successfully at this time for three decades and is an important part of our whole school calendar.
