Catching public transport

Catching a train
Turramurra Station is serviced by CityRail on the North Shore Line, with trains from the Sydney CBD taking approximately 40 minutes. The school is around 5 minutes by car or a 30-minute walk from the station.

School Opal Card
Students may be eligible for free or subsidised travel under the School Student Transport Scheme (SSTS). To qualify, students must live more than:
· 2 km (straight-line distance), or
· 2.9 km (walking distance) from the school.
To apply, complete the online application form via Transport for NSW.
When nominating a bus operator for a new School Opal card, select: CDC Forest District Phone: 02 8602 4700
Opal cards will be mailed to your home address.
Lost Property
If you’ve lost an item on a school bus:
· Complete the Lost Property Report Form or
· Email CDC at: charters@cdcbus.com.au

Driving and parking
The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.
When driving and parking near our school, please:
- ensure you park safely in school zones
- follow speed signs
- do not make U-turns or 3-point turns outside the school.
