Canteen

At Turramurra High School, we are very proud of our Canteen, an operation jointly run by our P&C and the student body. We are a modern canteen, dedicated to providing a varied selection of fresh, high quality, nutritional food to our students and staff, at very affordable prices. With a team of professional hospitality staff, a huge range of meals and snacks are prepared fresh on site daily.

The student body also plays a critical role in the running of the canteen. A team of over 50 students staff all registers during our service periods, and assist with various aspects of our food preparation. Students also drive the development of our menu, analyse our financials including gross margin and cost control, and make business decisions on how to ensure our canteen continues to improve in a sustainable way.
